Cancellation Policy: “Our
business depends on advance
reservations. Your deposit will be
refunded if we are able to fill your
entire vacancy. A $45.00 service fee will be
deducted on all deposits returned. You
are responsible for all days reserved.”

Pet Policy: “We
are pet friendly here and welcome your
“little person”
to
come and stay with you. Very few resorts
allow dogs but here at Lakeside we consider
them part of the family. In order to make
this accommodation right for everyone we ask
that you follow a few simple guidelines. All
dogs must have current vaccinations
including kennel cough and they must be free
of fleas and ticks. When you are not in your
cabin, your dog must be placed in a kennel
and when you are outside with them they must
be on a leash. You are also responsible to
clean up your dog’s solid waste and place it
in the
central
trash receptacle
. You
will be responsible for any damage to the
cabin. Pet accommodation fee: $10 per
pet, per day.
